Sparks from Montgomery and 34-year-old Tiffany Nicole Bragg from Richwood, were reportedly driving erratically, passing vehicles in no-pass zones and doubling the speed limit as they navigated through the town of Clay. During the chase, witnesses reported seeing a pistol being thrown from the vehicle window, which was later recovered by authorities.
